Booking Cancellation -
Any cancellation due to avoidable or unavoidable circumstances must be communicated in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective as of the date we receive written notice, and they will be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival - 15% of the total tour cost.
- 45-15 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total tour cost.
- 14-08 days prior to arrival - 75% of the total tour cost.
- 07 or less days prior to arrival - 100% of the total tour cost.
- In case of cancellation within 4 weeks, refunds are strictly dependent on the hotel's cancellation policy.
- There will be no refunds for bookings made between the 1st of December to the 31st of January due to the high peak season.
- Any refund of hotel booking payments, cancellation of a cruise ship/government ship due to bad weather/cyclone is not applicable, and our company is not responsible for any cancellation due to natural calamities.
- Early Check-In / Late Check-Out - Every hotel has a standard check-in and check-out time. As a result, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour price. We can always request early check-in or late check-out if necessary, but we cannot guarantee it because it is entirely dependent on the hotel's policy, the time of year, and the availability of the rooms.
- There will be no refunds for cancellations due to the COVID pandemic or any future similar pandemics/lockdowns; only rescheduling at the current rates will be allowed.
- No refund is applicable for package bookings with 4-star or above properties; only rescheduling is applicable.
- No refund on package cancellation, due to elections; only rescheduling is applicable up to 31st AUGUST.
